WHAT IS JIU JITSU WITH MAGANDA?

    • Focuses exclusively on women and girls to create a safe, non-intimidating environment.

    • Addresses self-defense scenarios that women are more likely to face, equipping participants with practical skills.

  • Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Fundamentals:

    • Teaches foundational BJJ techniques such as takedowns, joint locks, and submissions.

    • Emphasizes leverage and technique over size and strength, making it accessible for all women, regardless of fitness level.

SO, WHAT IS SELF DEFENSE?

  • Objective: Equip women with practical self-defense skills to protect themselves and boost confidence.

  • Description: Women-only Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and other martial arts classes aimed at both physical and emotional empowerment.

    • Teach children practical safety skills, discipline, and respect.

    • Age-appropriate self-defense classes focusing on anti-bullying techniques, discipline, and respect.
